The core figures
- Gross booking value — the total value of appointments booked in the period, whatever the payment method
- Online payments collected — money actually taken through OperMae
- Refunds — money returned
- Future booking value — the value of appointments already booked for dates still to come
- Client retention — the share of customers who booked again
Why two money figures
Booked value and collected money are different questions. Payments taken in person count towards booking value and never towards online payments collected.
When something shows a dash
A dash means the figure is not known for that period, which is not the same as zero.
