Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OperMae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Section 02
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use OperMae. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Section 03
Accounts
Businesses are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Section 04
Platform Use
OperMae provides scheduling and appointment management software. Businesses remain solely responsible for the services they offer, their relationship with their clients, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Section 05
Bookings
Clients book services directly with the business through the OperMae platform. OperMae is not a party to those bookings and is not responsible for the services provided by businesses.
Section 06
Payments
Payments made through OperMae are securely processed by Stripe. By making or receiving payments, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

Cancellation Policies
Business policies
Each business controls its own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy.
Customer responsibilities
Clients should review the business’s policy at the time of booking.
Section 08
SMS Terms
Supported messages
OperMae only sends transactional appointment-related messages. By opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional text messages regarding:
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Appointment cancellations
- Appointment reschedules
- Waitlist updates
- Booking availability
- Account-related notifications
Frequency and carrier rates
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
Reply commands
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Marketing policy
OperMae does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are tied to bookings, waitlists, or account activity initiated by you or by the business you booked with.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OperMae for:
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
- Illegal activity
- Unauthorized access to accounts or data
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform
- Disrupting, overloading, or interfering with the platform
Section 10
Intellectual Property
The OperMae name, branding, software, and content remain the property of OperMae and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OperMae and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the amounts you paid to OperMae in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Section 13
Termination
OperMae may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that pose a risk to the platform or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using OperMae at any time.
Section 14
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
Section 15
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OperMae operates its primary business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
