Cancel
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. You are shown your end date before you confirm.
Until that date
Everything keeps working. Cancelling during a trial means you are never charged.
After that date
Your booking page stops taking new bookings and your account becomes limited. Your data is kept, so resubscribing restores access.
Cancelling is not deleting
Cancelling stops payment. Deleting your account permanently removes your data and is a separate, deliberate action.
Before you go
Export anything you need, and tell customers who already have appointments booked.
