What deletion means
Your booking page stops working, your subscription ends, and your appointments, clients, photos and reports are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
How it works
Settings → Advanced → Delete account walks you through four steps: what will be removed, why you are leaving, verifying it is really you with a code, and a final confirmation.
Only the owner
No one else on your team can delete the business.
Before you delete
Export your reports and client list, refund or complete any outstanding payments, and tell customers who have appointments booked.
If you only want to stop paying
Cancel your subscription instead. Your data is kept.
