What the colors mean
Colors identify providers and services so you can tell them apart at a glance, while appointment status keeps a fixed meaning wherever it appears. Blocked time is shown as unavailable, not as an appointment.
Working with an appointment
Select an appointment to see the customer, service, provider, price and payment state, and to reschedule or cancel it.
With a team
Owners and managers see everyone. Providers see their own appointments.
